A spacious living area, complete with a wide screen tv and plenty of seating, is attached to the the modern kitchen. Brand new appliances, including a five-burner range and large stainless steel fridge. All the tools you will need to prepare a delicious dinner await. Step outside to the outdoor dining area set right beside the private plunge pool. Nicaragua has very beautiful beaches and if you want to explore them, there could hardly be any place better than from Balcones de Majagual and Casa Pacifica. The house provides a perfect spot for relaxing after long days at the beach and surfing. Every room has a ceiling fans, as well on the outdoor covered porches, to keep you cool. Stunning ocean views await from every room. This is open air living, and only 10 minute drive down our private road to the best surfing and swimming beaches in Nicaragua—Playa Maderas and Playa Majagual. The home offers secure, private parking for your 4x4 vehicle as well as a location to park on the beachfront below the community. Try life in the slow lane for a week or two—count the monkeys and parrots over breakfast, eat lunch under a palapa on the beach, and grill your catch-of-the-day for your dinner.
